Bookings require at least 2 days' notice. Choose your pickup date, then your return date — 1, 2 or 3 days at the same base rate, or longer with a prorated daily charge. Pickup and return hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Rental FAQ
How much does it cost to rent an ice bath for an event?
The rental is $99 per bath — that's the base rate whether you rent for one, two or three days. A $50 refundable security deposit per bath is added at checkout (see the deposit question). The total adjusts automatically to the number of baths and the length of rental you choose in the booking calculator above.
How much does it cost to rent the 6' oval stock tank?
The 6' x 2.5' x 2' oval stock tank rents for $199 for 1 to 3 days, plus a $100 refundable security deposit. For warm water, you can add a 1500 W submersible water heater ($74.99 — yours to keep). For rentals longer than 3 days, email us at info@ilotank.ca.
Can I rent for less than 3 days, for example a single day?
Yes. You can return it the same day, the next day or two days later — the rate is the same as for 3 days. The price does not go down for a shorter rental, but the option is there if it suits your event better.
Can I rent several ice baths for the same event?
Yes. Up to 6 ice baths can be booked at once for the same event — simply adjust the quantity in the booking form.
Can I extend my ice bath rental beyond 3 days?
Yes. Just pick your return date in the booking form — the base rate covers up to 3 days; after that, each additional day is prorated at $33.00 per bath per extra day, calculated and added to your total automatically.
Do you offer delivery or transfer to another region?
No. Rentals are picked up only at 716 Avenue Renaud, Dorval, and must be returned there. No transfer to Quebec City, Toronto or any other region is offered for rentals.
How far in advance do I need to book?
At least 2 days' notice is required before your chosen pickup date. The form automatically checks ice bath availability for the dates you select.
Is ice included?
No — ice and event staffing are not included. Only the ice baths are provided.
Where do I pick up and return the rental?
At our partner Liquidation Deluxe, 716 Avenue Renaud, Dorval, QC H9P 2N9 (view on Google Maps), during business hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. You choose the exact pickup and return times in the booking form. The rental must be returned clean and dry to the same location on your chosen return date and time.
What tool do I need to drain the tub?
You'll need long-nose pliers to unscrew the drain valve at the end of your rental.
Is my booking confirmed immediately?
Yes. As soon as your payment is complete, your dates are reserved — you'll receive an email confirmation from Shopify.
What if the dates I want are fully booked?
The form checks in real time how many ice baths are still available for your dates. If your dates are full, try nearby dates or email us at info@ilotank.ca — we sometimes have some flexibility.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes: $50 per ice bath, or $100 for the 6' oval stock tank. It is refunded as soon as the rental is returned to the warehouse in good condition.
What is the cancellation or refund policy?
You get a full refund at no charge if you cancel before picking up the rental. Contact us at info@ilotank.ca as soon as possible to cancel or change your booking.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payment is processed securely by Shopify (SSL encryption) and accepts Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
What kinds of events are a good fit for an ice bath rental?
ILOTank event ice baths are popular for sports competitions (CrossFit, marathons, tournaments), corporate events and wellness days, yoga retreats and recovery festivals, as well as private celebrations.
What is an ice bath (cold plunge) and why offer one at an event?
Ice baths, also called cold plunges, are increasingly used at sports and wellness events to give participants a post-workout recovery experience. They are not a substitute for medical advice — let your participants know the usual precautions before they get in.
