Write to us, we'd love to help

Text: 438-814-8692 — Annie, our founder, replies to you personally within 1 to 2 business days.

Prefer to call? Leave us a message at 438-814-8692: Annie, our founder, always calls back. (We don't pick up right away because of the many spam calls.)

Why no showroom? To keep our prices low and deliver quickly across Canada, we don't have a store. The addresses below are our delivery and pickup points, not locations open to the public: pickup is by appointment only. But please don't hesitate to write to us: we take the time to answer all your questions before you buy.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver across Canada, except Newfoundland and Labrador and the territories: to your home within 125 km of our delivery points, or to a pickup point.

Our delivery points:

Quebec: Montréal, Québec City
Ontario: Toronto, Ottawa, Halton-Hamilton-Niagara, Durham (Whitby, Oshawa), Barrie, Kitchener-Cambridge, London, Kingston, Pembroke, North Bay, Kenora
Manitoba: Winnipeg
Saskatchewan: Regina, Saskatoon
Alberta: Calgary, Edmonton
British Columbia: Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna
New Brunswick: Moncton, Fredericton
Nova Scotia: Halifax

The exact pickup point address is confirmed with your order. Our 4 ILOTank pickup points, by appointment only, are listed below.
