Rental costs $99 per bath — that's the base rate whether you book for one day, two days or three days. A refundable security deposit of $50 per bath is added to the payment (see the deposit question). The amount adjusts automatically based on the number of baths, the duration and the pickup method chosen in the booking calculator above.

Yes. You can choose a return date the same day, the next day, or two days later — the rate stays the same as for 3 days ($99 per bath). The price doesn't go down for a shorter rental, but the option is there if it suits your event better.

Yes. Up to 6 ice baths can be booked at the same time for the same event — simply adjust the quantity in the reservation form.

Yes. Choose your return date directly in the reservation form — the base rate covers up to 3 days; beyond that, each additional day is billed pro-rated, at $33.00 per bath per additional day, calculated and added to the total automatically.

Yes. Select "Transfer to Quebec City or Toronto" directly in the reservation form. The rate is $65 per stack of 3 baths, round trip included, for a minimum rental of 3 baths. If your reservation exceeds 3 baths (up to 6), the transfer rate is doubled, to $130 for 2 stacks — this amount is calculated and added to your total automatically.

A minimum of 2 days' notice is required before your chosen pickup date. The form automatically checks availability for your selected dates.

No — ice and entertainment are not included. Only the ice baths themselves are provided.

For pickup: at our partner Liquidation Deluxe, 716 Avenue Renaud, Dorval, QC H9P 2N9 (view on Google Maps), during opening hours: Monday to Saturday 10 am to 5 pm, Sunday 11 am to 4 pm. A transfer to Quebec City or Toronto is also available — select that option in the form. You choose the exact pickup and return time directly in the reservation form. Baths must be returned dry and clean to the same location at the chosen return date and time.

A pair of long-nose pliers is needed to unscrew the water drain valve at the end of your rental.

Yes. As soon as your payment is completed, your dates are booked — you'll receive a confirmation email from Shopify.

The form checks in real time how many baths are still available for your dates. If your dates are full, try nearby dates or write to us at info@ilotank.ca — we sometimes have flexibility.
