🌡️ 5 tips to keep your water warmer
1️⃣ Cover as soon as you get out — evaporation is the biggest source of heat loss.
2️⃣ Use the sun — on sunny, windless days, take the cover off for a few hours, then put it back in late afternoon to keep the day's heat.
3️⃣ Heat at the end of the day, then cover for the night — you'll find warmer water the next morning.
4️⃣ Repeat the cycles — one 3-hour cycle, a break to let the heater cool down, then another cycle. With the cover, each cycle builds on the last.
5️⃣ Pick a sunny spot sheltered from the wind — wind speeds up cooling.

⚠️ Important usage tips
⚡ Plug into an outdoor GFCI-protected outlet only. Leave in the tank for the maximum time allowed by the timer. Take a break and repeat until you reach the temperature you want.
🌡️ Never heat dry — make sure the heater is always submerged
Use 3 hours at a time, let the heater cool down and plug it back in as needed.
☢️ Always remove the heater before swimming: never use it while anyone is in the water.

For hygiene and electrical safety reasons, the heater can only be returned under the following conditions:
✔️ The unit is new and has never been installed or used (never submerged or plugged in).
✔️ It is returned complete, in its original packaging, with all accessories.
✔️ The return request is made within 10 days of receiving your order.
📦 Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked shipment.
To start a return, write to us at info@ilotank.ca with your order number before shipping the item. Any unit that has been installed, used or returned without its original packaging will be refused.

We ship across Canada, except the territories. Fees for your address are shown at checkout. Delivery time: 10 to 15 business days in Quebec and Ontario, 15 to 21 business days elsewhere.
