Super easy setup, in under an hour
- Place the tank on any flat, level surface. No digging, no construction.
- Fill it with your garden hose (a few hours depending on your water flow).
- Drop in the submersible pump: its filters are built in and its suction cups hold it to the side wall of the tank. No drilling, nothing to install. Plug it in and you're done. Turn it off and take it out before swimming.
Upkeep is just as simple: rotate the sponge filters and keep 0.5 to 1 ppm of chlorine or bromine in a floating dispenser.

Our polyethylene tanks are moulded in one piece. Light surface marks on delivery are normal: they are not a defect, but part of the manufacturing and the shipping (the tank is moved by rolling it on the ground).

❓ Frequently asked questions
Do I need a fence or a permit?
It depends on your province and municipality. In Quebec and Alberta, provincial rules apply to pools that can hold about 60 cm (24 in) of water or more. Elsewhere in Canada, municipal by-laws apply, often around 60 cm, but some cities are stricter. Everywhere, your municipality can set stricter requirements. This tank is 24 in (approx. 61 cm) high: check with your municipality (fence, permit, setbacks) before installing. See also our regulations guide.
Safety first
Whatever the height, any basin of water calls for the same care: always supervise children. ILOTank had a custom-fit cover made that locks with 6 latches, to keep the tank closed when no one is swimming. It is included in every Premium Kit (6', 7' and 8').
Which water treatment should I use?
Chlorine or bromine, between 0.5 and 1 ppm. Salt water is not allowed.
How do I keep the water clear?
A submersible pump with sponge filters makes all the difference. During the season, simply rotate the 3 filters; the pump only needs cleaning at closing.
How do I heat the water?
With our 1500 W submersible heater with timer. Important: always remove the heater before swimming.
What do I do in winter?
Empty the tank and turn it upside down on blocks so air can circulate and moisture doesn't build up. No cushion or cover needed in winter.
Can I return my tank?
Because of the logistics involved with this bulky product, returns are not accepted once delivered. Write to us before you buy: we'll help you choose the right size.
